About Let's Brew
Let's Brew started in Kochi with a handful of home brewers and one shared table. It's now a growing network of city chapters, held together by one simple rule it began with.
THE PROBLEM
Loving coffee is a surprisingly lonely hobby
You'd think a drink built around sharing would come with people attached.
Maybe you bought a dripper, went down the rabbit hole and now you're the only one in your circle with opinions about grind size. Maybe you work in coffee and most of your day is you and the beans. Or maybe you've just got basic questions and coffee keeps giving off the feeling that you should already know the answer before you're allowed to ask.
So you figure it out alone. It works, sort of. It's just slow and lonely and a lot less fun than coffee is supposed to be.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE INSTEAD
Now picture a Sunday morning instead
Eight people around a table. Five cups of the same coffee, brewed five different ways. Someone's nailed it. Someone else has made something undrinkable and everyone's laughing, including them.
You taste all five, and for the first time you understand what people mean by "bright" because you've just had a cup that isn't.
WHAT LET'S BREW IS
A coffee community, run by volunteers, city by city
Not a cafe, not a brand, not a course. A network of local chapters, each run by volunteers who live in that city and open the door to anyone curious about coffee.
Every chapter runs on the same values and the same format, so you can travel or move cities and still find your people.
THE CORE PRINCIPLE
Pass the cup
Everything we know came from someone who took the time to explain it. So that's the deal: whatever you learn, you hand on.
The barista answering your question today was the one asking it two years ago. Nobody arrives knowing things. We just ask that you do for the next nervous beginner what someone did for you.
